craftsmanship that does more than justice to the very best of those nautical implements
originally manufactured for the late historic whaling industry, which, i might ad, they
admirably recreate and represent. I can not sufficiently extol the virtues of your
workmanship and, as with all your recreations, it is a superb museum quality
reproduction in the finest sense of traditional nineteenth century pre-industrial
craftsmanship. As such your harpoons, irons and whalecraft pay fitting tribute to those
"iron men " who went down to the sea in wooden ships, risking their lives, in order to
illuminate the lamps of the world during this period of technological development."
